I'm ready to show the Racing World what I've Got Harry

About Steenbakkers Racing

My grandfather was a road racer long before I was born. And my father started racing cars a few years ago. Growing up surrounded by their love of racing, it didn’t take long for me to develop a passion for motorsports.

I started riding a motorcycle when I was four. Three years later, my dad gave me my first snowmobile. My father helped build Calabogie Motorsports Park, in eastern Ontario (Canada). That gave me the opportunity to spend my summers working at the track, working on cars, and learning about racing.

It hasn’t all been glamorous. Since 2011, I’ve worked at the track doing everything from changing fluids, balancing and rotating tires… to doing janitorial duties. The hard work has been worth it, though, as the job let me pay for a spot in the Gentleman’s Lapping Series, at Calabogie.

Before racing in the series, I always knew I loved racing. But after competing in this series, I knew I wanted to do it for the rest of my life.

Now that I’m 15, I’m ready to show the racing world what I’ve got! Look out Vettel!”
